In November 2004 SWYAA Norway had its first meeting where all three Norwegian delegations to SWY were represented. After this meeting there was still a need to continue the discussion on how SWYAA Norway can fulfil its tasks in the best possible way. In order to gather information about the thoughts and ideas from the Norwegian exPYs in Norway as well as those abroad, a questionnaire was sent out to all members. The discussion at the meeting was then based on the SWYAA Charter and the answers given to the questionnaire.

Ten exPYs were able to take part at the meeting on Friday May 27 th 2005, and all three batches were represented. Considering that several of the Norwegian exPYs live in other parts of the country or abroad, the number of people being able to attend the meeting was quite high.

Finn (SWY 16) was able to provide a suitable location for the meeting in central Oslo. Some people met each other for the first time and thus had a chance to get some new friends who have also had the great opportunity to be a part of SWY.

At the meeting everybody presented their views and engaged in a fruitful discussion for several hours. The participants agreed that such a meeting was needed, and we left the meeting in high spirits after having agreed on several issues.

After the meeting we continued by having a social evening where even Axel

(SWY12, Mecixo) came to join us.
